In line with his vision to open up the rural communities and in fulfillment of his campaign promise, the Chairman of Etinan Local Government Area, Hon. Uko Umoh, has commenced the second phase of road grading in the twelve wards of the Local Government Area.
The ongoing road grading exercise aims at ensuring that all communities in Etinan Local Government Area have motorable roads thereby promote economic growth, social development, and improved living standard of the people at the grassroots.
Hon. Umoh’s commitment to deliver on his campaign promises is a testament to his dedication to the people of Etinan Local Government Area who overwhelmingly gave him their mandate at the October 5th local government elections.
The Council’s grading machine which started work at Northern Iman Ward 1 will grade at least five kilometers of rural roads in each of the 12 wards.
